Our Rates
Ducktown Lodge, LLC is a privately owned and operated dog boarding destination in Cumming, GA. The Lodge is nestled on our farm where we live on-site. At Ducktown Lodge, your dog is more than just a guest they are family. We prioritize their well-being, safety, and happiness. While at the Lodge, your pet will receive individualized care and attention at no additional charge.
Dog Boarding Rates
$60 per night per suite
Boarding at Ducktown Lodge is intentionally simple and transparent. One flat nightly rate includes everything your dog needs for a safe, comfortable, and structured stay — daily playtime, outdoor sessions, medication administration, and even a bath before pickup. The only thing you need to bring is your dog’s food and any medications.
What to Know Before You Book

Daily Care
- Several outdoor sessions each day with time to play, explore, or relax in the grass
- Guests are always supervised — never left unattended
- Free bath on pick-up day
- Comfortable suites with Kuranda beds, stainless steel bowls, blankets, and treats provided
Food & Medications
- Bring food in airtight containers or Ziploc bags (portioning by meal is optional)
- Include clear feeding instructions
- Refrigeration available for fresh and canned food
- Pack only what’s needed for the stay, with a little extra just in case
- Kennel-provided food available for $5 per dog, per day (not recommended due to digestion changes)
- Medications administered at no extra charge
Deposits & Cancellations
- A 25% deposit may be required for stays longer than two weeks
- A 25% deposit may also be required for stays longer than one week during peak holiday times (Easter, Christmas, New Year, July/August
- Cancellations made less than one week before arrival incur a 50% fee
- Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking
Vaccinations & Health
- Proof of up-to-date vaccinations, including kennel cough, required at check-in
- Dogs must be on flea/tick prevention and free of fleas upon arrival
- Dogs without vaccination records or arriving with fleas will not be accepted — no exceptions
Off-Leash Dog Board and Train Program
$2,200 - 2-week training program
Consistency is the key to dog training. We believe that being immersed in a controlled environment helps dogs learn. Two-week programs are customized to each dog’s needs. We aren’t a cookie-cutter training facility. We believe in small numbers and lots of one-on-one attention. The two-week course includes additional practices that help take your dog’s training to the next level rather than basic level care.
Our two-week plan provides the following:
- Luxury Climate-Controlled Facilities in a Real Environment – We knock on doors and provide real home situations.
- Basic Obedience Skills and Basic Off-Leash Obedience
- Extra Activity – Play Time and Love Up Sessions
- Interactions and Distractions with our pack
- Advanced On-Leash Training
- Take-Home Session – 2 hours average
- Industry Top E-Collar Provided
- Baseline Behavioral Modification
- Support Available via Text, Email, or Calls
- 3 off-property sessions (taking the dog out of the home environment and into a real-world situation)
