Dog Boarding Rates & Info
Ducktown Lodge, LLC is a privately owned and operated dog boarding destination in Cumming, GA. The Lodge is nestled on our farm where we live on-site. At Ducktown Lodge, your dog is more than just a guest they are family. We prioritize their well-being, safety, and happiness. While at the Lodge, your pet will receive individualized care and attention at no additional charge.
$60 a night – Suites
- Our rates are per night and 1/2 day charge if picked up after 2 PM. We take each guest out several times a day - with lots of free time to play or lay around in the grass. Our guests are always with us and never unattended.
- We don't offer multi-dog discounts.
Food/Treats/Medications
We are happy to provide extra care and attention for each dog. Their needs come first and we like to provide a comfortable stay! We provide top-of-line Kuranda beds and stainless food bowls. The only thing you need to pack is their food & medication(s) Bring your food if required. When you pack their food please note:
- Provide food in an airtight container or Ziploc baggies (It doesn’t need to be portioned by meal...but we appreciate that!)
- Include specific feeding instructions
- We can refrigerate fresh and canned food
- Please send only the appropriate amount of food for your dog’s stay(a little extra just in case is ok!).
Terms & Conditions:
- For boarders requesting accommodation for more than two weeks, a 25% deposit may be required.
- Also, for boarders requesting accommodation for more than one week during the peak times of Easter, Christmas, New Year, and July/August a 25% deposit may be required.
In addition, customers who cancel their accommodation, less than one week before the day of arrival, will be liable for a 50% cancellation fee. Please advise as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your stay with us.
Vaccinations & Health
We require all dog boarding guests to show proof of up-to-date vaccination certificates.
Most importantly including kennel cough vaccinations. In addition, vaccination certificates must be shown on the first day of boarding. Your dog must be on flea/tick medication and have no fleas. We don’t accept doggies with fleas!
Finally, if we do not see up-to-date vaccination records, including the kennel cough vaccination, we will refuse dog(s) for boarding without exception2
